Purchases
If you are interested in purchased an EML Design please contact me by phone or email at any time.
Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
free shipping for all purchases shipped in the USA. Shipping is first class shipping by usps with insurance.
International Shipping is available for an additional fees. Please ask.
Sales Tax
If you live in Ma, 6.25% sales tax will be added to your purchases.
Custom Orders
A few of my jewelry pieces are custom made when you place your order. There are rare times when I need to order at special bead or clasp to finish your jewelry. If this is the case, I will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Most custom designs that require a bead order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the time your order was placed.
Custom orders are final sales.
Returns
My Jewelry and gifts are guaranteed against all flaws in workmanship under normal wear and tear, not due to damage or abuse.
You may return your jewelry if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of purchase. Custom orders are final sales. You must contact me for a return authorization. Returned items must be in unused and unworn condition. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or repaired within 6 months of purchase.. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance, as I am not responsible for lost packages. Please retun you purchase in the original packaging.

EML Designs will not share or sell your information. Your information is collected for the sole purpose for shipping and billing needs.
